We got in at 1:30 am. and left at 8:00 a.m. They held the room for us and off we went. I called to let them know that we were going to be late and they said that it was okay.
The pool area was filthy, even after telling staff it was not cleaned properly. Cigarette butts littered the deck. The lights for the bathroom flickered on and off at whim. Definitely would not recommend this place to my friends.
Absoultely nothing - hotel should be demolished.
The staff are rude - very very unhelpful. The room, espeially the bath and shower head was disgusting. When we asked about a fridge we were told "you are only staying one night not important". Horrendous!!!!!!! Far to expensive for this standard.
Rude staff, facilities not as advertised, dirty and rundown.
The rate of the room.
I had booked a room with a king bed instead I got a room with double beds but they were more like twin beds. Two people could not walk in the same room. House keeping did not make beds, but they did leave linen on un-made bed.
The front desk was able to quickly resolve a reservation mixup at our advantage.
The AC fan was very loud.
The handicap bathtub has high sides
The quality, the key needed to be redone.
Impossible to find the hotel. They have changed names and are located behind several other buildings.
inexpensive nothing else.
They changed their name from Travel Lodge to America's Best Value Inn and we had a hard time finding the motel. When we arrived he said they changed their name again. The receipt was "Knights Inn". Very minimal place and would not stay there again.
Rude hotel clerk, not very pet feiendlt
When we arrived it was discovered the name was changed. The first room I looked at was Dirty, smelled not fit. I asked to cancel my reservation but I did not have my computer, this was the only way. Then the so called employee showed me another room, it was much better but still below any standard hotel we ever stayed. The mattress was spring filled every time you moved you could hear the springs. Bathroom in need of paint and some of the walls. Continential breakfast was a joke, we went to another restaurant. I would not recomend this place to anyone, in fact I was asked by friends who are in the area today, to bad I think there is potential.
The beds were uncomfortable, the manager was rude and pushy (we booked a non smoking room. He told us there were non left and he was too busy to look. After we saw the room, we went back and told him we were leaving, he then moved us to a non smoking room. They were not busy, maybe 5 occupied rooms total.), there was no hot water, and the towels were like sand paper. Never go here
Walk from car to room is far and wifi sucked and had a burnt out light Bulb that wasnt fixed propertly
It was right off the highway, although because of the recent name change, it was hard to find.
The "Continental Breakfast" was very lacking in foord selection and quality. Cereal would be nice. Nothing for children.
